Here is an example of the ERP!

At SERVPRO of Brighton/ Howell we try to encourage all of our commercial customers to have an Emergency Ready Profile completed by our team. As we all know, preparation is a key component for making it through any size disaster, whether it's a small water leak, a large fire or an area flood.  The best time for planning for such events is not when the event happens, but well before it happens.  Have one of our SERVPRO team members come out to your business to walk through the steps in case of any emergency. We will tag your gas and water shut off, and take notes on locations of alarms, generators, and water systems. No one ever plans on a disaster, but you can plan for it.  Now is the time to ask yourself, "Are you ready for whatever could happen?"
