Water Ran for 10 Days

This loss occurred when the homeowners were out of town and the person watching their property turned the water on and forgot about it for approximately 10 days.  Although the actual water damage its self was miniminal, the secondary damage was extensive with mold growth on most of the surfaces on the main level of the home including content, warped floors and doors and swollen drywall.  Although the house was a new build, most of structure had to be removed due to the humidity and mold damage.  Our customers were understandably upset by the damage to their home, but were so pleased with our crews compassion during such a difficult time.
